Is gift wrapping or gift tags available?
Unfortunately, due to our shipping operations we are unable to accommodate your request.
The product is delivered in a presentation box, making it perfect for a gift.
Issuing receipts
You can issue your own receipt.
It can be issued from the order confirmation email that is sent to the email address you entered when placing your order.

Please enter the following information when logging in to have your ticket issued.

Once issued, a receipt will be sent to you by email as a PDF file.
Unfortunately, we do not issue paper copies.
Once issued, please print it out yourself.
I'd like to order as a gift, will an invoice or receipt be included?
No, it is not enclosed.
It will be delivered in a presentation box suitable for a gift using Yamato Transport's Cool Takkyubin service.
Since shipping is free, many customers also use it as a gift for people who live far away.
I want to cancel my order
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience after shipment.
Please be aware of this.
When will my order be shipped after I place it?
If no date is specified, the item will be shipped within one week.
Delivery dates can be specified between 7 days and 1 month from now.
*If there is an issue with your order, it will be shipped after confirmation.
Shipping will be via Yamato Transport's Cool Takkyubin service.
There are some areas where delivery is not possible, such as remote islands.

Izu Islands: Aogashima Village (Aogashima), Toshima Village (Toshima), Mikurajima Village (Mikurajima), Shikinejima
Ogasawara Islands: Ogasawara Village (Chichijima, Hahajima, Iwo Jima, Minamitorishima, etc.)
The above areas are not covered by Cool Takkyubin delivery, so your order will be canceled.
*If a cancellation fee is charged, you will be responsible for paying it.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

I made a mistake with my delivery address, name, or phone number.
Once payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with the following subject:

② Tap "Enter correct shipping address" in the order details.
③Enter the correct information in each field, tap "Change to the above" and you're done.
*Changes can be made up until the time of shipment. Please note that we cannot accept address changes after shipment.
*The billing address cannot be changed for security reasons.
What is the expiration date?
It can be enjoyed for up to six months if frozen.
Once thawed, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Due to freshness concerns, we ask that you discard the product if it has been stored for more than three days.
I haven't received an order confirmation email, but I want to check if my order has been placed.
Even if you don't receive an order confirmation email, your order has been completed. (Except in cases where there are payment issues.)
If there are any payment issues, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm.
Also, please check your spam folder as it may have been classified as the email address.

Are there any areas where shipping costs apply?
No.
We offer free shipping nationwide, and deliver to you using Yamato Transport's Cool Delivery Service to maintain freshness.
However, there are some areas that cannot be delivered, such as remote islands.

I want to know where eels are produced
All the eels sold at our online store are domestically produced eels.
We hope you enjoy our carefully selected eels.
Is it difficult to eat?
No, just heat it up and pour the sauce over it before eating.
[Warm by boiling]
Place the vacuum packed product in boiling water and heat for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
[Warm in the microwave]
Remove the eel from the vacuum pack, place it on a heat-resistant plate, cover with plastic wrap and heat.

500W: 1 minute 40 seconds to 2 minutes
700W: 1 minute 20 seconds to 1 minute 40 seconds
If it's still cold after the recommended time, reheat it for 10 seconds at a time.
Once it's warmed up, place the eel on top of the rice or a plate, pour the sauce over it, and it's done.
Are sauce and Japanese pepper included?
Yes, we will deliver it with sauce and Japanese pepper.
Each piece contains 20g of sauce.
For example, the kabayaki and shirayaki set comes with sauce only for the kabayaki.
(Example: Red and white set, comes with only one sauce)
Can I pay at a convenience store, by smartphone, or by bank transfer?
Yes, it is possible.

Paper bags are not available at the official online store.
