Cooking Instructions

In order for you to enjoy the deliciousness of freshly cut and grilled fish,

The recommended cooking method is boiling water.

Enjoy authentic eel, carefully prepared by the fourth-generation Kikugawa eel craftsman, in just three easy steps.

STEP 1: Unzip

Place in the refrigerator the night before serving.

Thaw overnight.

STEP 2: Boil in water

Place the thawed eel in the package in boiling water.

Heat for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Arrange on top

Remove the eel from the vacuum pack and place it on top of the rice with the sauce.

You can eat it as is, without putting it on rice, or however you like.
