Reheat
・Boiling Method
Place the vacuum-sealed pack into boiling water and heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
・Microwave Method
Remove the eel from the vacuum pack, place it on a microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap, and heat until warm.
[Heating Guidelines]
500W: 1 min 40 sec to 2 min
700W: 1 min 20 sec to 1 min 40 sec
If the eel is still cold after heating, continue to reheat in 10-second intervals.

Serve on a plate
Remove the eel from the vacuum pack and place it over rice with sauce.
You can enjoy it whole, cut in half, or on its own without rice—please enjoy it however you prefer.
