調理方法

・ボイルで
パックのまま沸騰したお湯にいれ、4～5分程度を目安に加熱します。

・電子レンジで
真空パックからうなぎを取り出して、耐熱皿にのせ、ラップをかけて加熱してください。

父の退院祝いに

退院後、鰻が食べたいけど店まで行くのは体力的にきつい。とのことで、色々調べこちらで購入しました。
